Primary Election

Delaware Democratic primary voters on the go – particularly Black voters, voters over 55, and voters outside of New Castle County – should know that the Delaware Democratic Party, Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester, dozens of Delaware labor unions, elected Democratic leaders from across the state, and Planned Parenthood have endorsed State Senator Sarah McBride for Congress because she has experience bringing people together to get things done.

Sarah McBride raised the minimum wage in Delaware. She brought together Democrats and Republicans to successfully create Delaware’s paid family and medical leave program. In Congress, she’ll defend Social Security and Medicare, and ensure working families can afford to live in Delaware.

In the closing weeks of the primary election, voters on the go need to see this message on streaming / CTV platforms and digital platforms like YouTube with videos and images of Sarah. While a very small effort should be made to talk to voters on the go in the primary election, the general election is most important.

General Election

Delaware general election voters – specifically non-liberal Democrats, independents, voters 65+, and Black voters – need to know that Republicans and Democrats are coming together to support Sarah McBride for Congress because she has a record of bringing people together to get results.

As a State Senator, she looked out for Delaware workers and families by bringing Republicans and Democrats together to raise the minimum wage, pass paid family and medical leave, and cut costs on everything from dental care to prescription drugs. Republicans and Democrats across the state are endorsing her because they know she will do the same in Congress.

  1. All likely Independent and Democratic voters with Democratic partisan scores between 20 and 90 need to read this message. Voters in the Philadelphia media market need to read that information more frequently.

  2. Voters on the go – particularly – older, independent, and Democratic voters – need to see this message on streaming / CTV platforms and digital platforms like YouTube, particularly in the Philadelphia market.

  3. Only IF voters have read about Sarah McBride and voters on the go have seen ads about Sarah McBride, THEN voters — particularly Independents and older voters — who watch broadcast television in the Philadelphia media market should see broadcast ads. This is a distant third priority.
